Using RaveTide

These terms govern your use of RaveTide at ravetide.com and www.ravetide.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

An event-discovery service

RaveTide helps you discover electronic music events, festivals and club nights. We are not the event organizer, venue, ticket seller or a party to your ticket purchase. Listings may come from organizer calendars and curated sources. Inclusion does not establish a partnership or endorsement.

Dates, locations, lineups, age restrictions, availability and cancellations can change. Coverage is not exhaustive and automated collection can contain errors. Confirm current details with the organizer before buying tickets or travelling. Map positions and location estimates are approximate. DJ flight-path visuals illustrate the order of listed shows, not actual flights or travel arrangements. Downloaded calendar reminders may contain dates without confirmed opening or closing times.

Tickets, attendance and age requirements

Purchases made on linked sites are governed by the seller’s terms, refund policies and privacy policy. Contact the seller or organizer about payments, refunds, accessibility, admission and cancellations. RaveTide cannot guarantee entry, availability or the conduct of other attendees. Follow applicable laws, venue rules and the event’s age requirements.

Acceptable use

You may browse, share links, and copy factual event details for personal planning. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, infringement, malicious software, unauthorized access, or attempts to disrupt or overload the website. Do not bypass access restrictions or misrepresent an affiliation with RaveTide. Except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise, you may not scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, download in bulk, or otherwise collect data or content from RaveTide using bots, scripts, automated tools or systematic methods without RaveTide’s explicit prior written permission. This restriction includes event listings, artist and venue information, website pages and API responses, whether collected for personal, commercial, competitive or other purposes. Public availability and technical access do not constitute permission. Request permission at hello@ravetide.com. Any permission applies only to its stated scope and conditions. Ordinary browsing and manually copying individual event details for personal planning remain permitted.

Content and intellectual property

RaveTide branding, design and original materials belong to their respective owners. Event names, artist names, logos, images and third-party content remain the property of their owners. These terms do not grant ownership of third-party materials. For reuse beyond what applicable law permits, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder.

To report inaccurate information or a rights concern, send the affected page URL, a description of the issue and information allowing us to respond. We may correct or remove content after review.

Advertising and commercial relationships

RaveTide may display advertising or sponsored placements in the future. Paid placements will be identified as advertising or sponsored content. Advertising does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the advertiser’s products or events. Any affiliate relationship associated with a purchase link will be disclosed where relevant. Do not generate artificial ad clicks or impressions.

Availability and your saved preferences

We may update, suspend or discontinue features and listings. Browser-stored preferences and lineups can be lost if you clear site data, change browsers or disable storage. Keep your own copy of important plans. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of saved items.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To that same extent, RaveTide and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on listings, third-party sites, cancelled events or service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not require you to waive rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
